• BritishAgents.Com is a UK site and unless otherwise
stated all prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted
in any one calendar month unless otherwise stated.
• Persons connected with BritishAgents.Com or any of the
prize draw sponsors are ineligible.
• Winners will be selected at random by computer within
five working days of the beginning of every calendar month and
normally notified by email within 72 hours, except where stated
in the individual prize draw special terms and conditions.
• Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address
before winnings/prizes are dispatched. Winners of major prizes
may be required to take part in further promotional activities.
• Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of each draw.
Unclaimed prizes will be void.
• All prizes are subject to availability should any prize
be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will
be substituted.
• BritishAgents.Com is registered in accordance with the
Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in permission marketing.
• Prizes are as stated but in some circumstances a cash
equivalent will be offered where stated in the individual prize
draw special terms and conditions.
